6. Taking over staff:
Rest-Assure Staffing Solution (RASS) is able to take-over workers who are currently contracted to another service provider and casual workers who are employed by you. We will ensure that your contracts with your existing service providers accommodate such a procedure. In addition:

A presentation will be make to all workers who are going to be transferred to out books to explain to procedure

Registration will take place to evaluate sizing and distribution of PPE and get new Contracts of Employment signed by all workers etc.

Copies of CV’s, licenses etc. will be obtained from existing service provider in order to evaluate and implement a plan of action to get all record in order.

This involves an amount agreed to by the contractor being deducted from his/her wages, weekly or monthly, and deposited into and interest bearing savings account and paid out either at the end of a contract or at his /her request.
